分析了巴彦县小型水利的工程状况,指出了小型水利工程管理方面存在的问题,并有针对性地提出具体建议和管理措施,供在小型水利工程建设、使用和管理中参考。
The project status of small-scale water conservancy in Bayan County was analyzed. The problems existed in the management of small-scale water conservancy project were pointed out. Specific suggestions and management measures were put forward for reference in the construction, use and management of small-scale water conservancy project.
