长春市南关区人民法院在新一届领导班子的带领下,自1997年以来,以“争创”活动为契机,积极探索新的工作路子,从而改变了该院过去在市法院系统中处于落后位置的局面,重塑了区人民法院的形象。加强队伍建设完善各项制度新一届领导班子成立以来,院党组先从自身抓起,靠模范带头作用来影响整个集体,他们在政治学习、审判业务、团结合作、廉洁自律、劳动纪律等各方面,都给自己提出了严格的要求。班子内部分工明确,各负其责,改变了过去工作中存在的相互推诿现象。他们的实事求是、朴素扎实的工作作风对全院干警起到了表率和凝聚作用。与此同时,他们启动了队伍建设“三部曲”:
