随着北上广深等国际大都市迅速发展,越来越多大型综合性商业体拔地而起,带动了社会经济的流转,方便了群众的生活。由于此类经济社会活动无法始终保持高速流转,它们受到城市集运系统能力大小的制约,城市集运系统在城市的发展中扮演越来越重要的角色,其中尤以地铁为典型,许多地铁站厅不再单纯承担日常的站务工作,而是更多地与许多大型综合性商业体地下空间相连,承担着扩大交通管网、疏导人流任务。由于此类隧道的建设牵扯因素甚广、管理难度及施工普遍较大,因此,连接地铁站厅及大型商业体之间的隧道建设工作渐渐受到重视。本文针对大型综合性商业体与地铁站之间的隧道施工管理进行阐述,总结了一套连接地铁的隧道的管理办法。

This article elaborates the tunnel construction management between the large-scale comprehensive commercial body and the subway station, and sums up a set of management measures of the tunnel connecting the subway.
