糜子是喜温作物,对温度反应十分敏感,它在整个生育期间都需要有较高的温度。据我所试验,当5厘米深的地温,日平均在12.7~16.7℃时,播种后11天出苗,日平均温度上升到16.8℃时,播后8天出苗,达19.3~24.9℃时,6~7天出苗。日平均气温在19℃以下时幼苗生长缓慢,在22~24℃时生长最快。开花期的日平均气温低于17℃时影响授粉,结实率很低。糜子在20℃以上时播种,生育期显著缩短,特别是出苗至抽穗的日期缩短很多,影响穗部性状和产量。所以
