应用生物技术从优质枣苗的脱除类菌原体(MLO)到启动组培技术、增殖培养技术、生根培养技术、组培苗无土栽培技术和温室营养钵栽培及室外炼苗大田绿叶移栽技术进行了系统试验。完成了脱毒枣苗工厂化育苗开发研究。结果生根率达到94%,大田绿叶移栽成活率达到98%,枣苗当年生长高度达到40~80cm,第二年生长高度可达到115~180cm。该项技术对于长期以来红枣生产中遇到的繁殖慢、品质差、枣疯病日趋严重三大难题提供了有效的解决途径。
