随着我国改革开放的全面展开,我国经济发展势头迅猛,几乎各行各业都有了翻天覆地的变化。特别是我国改革开放进入深水区以后,发展势头有所减缓,国有企业发展劲头不足。不过随着国家“十三五”规划的展开,国内经济有了新的机遇和挑战。在新的形势和背景下,能否深入推进国有企业改革,特别是电网企业的改革,是能否实现经济持续发展的关键。在电力体制改革的新形势下,能否实现电网企业的战略运营体系创新,又是电网企业改革的重中之重。在新的经济发展政策中,要尽可能地实现电网企业公平竞争,尽量消除垄断。在公平公正公开的环境下,提高电网企业的服务水平并且保证电力的稳定持久供应。
With the full implementation of China’s reform and opening up, China’s economy is gaining momentum with tremendous changes in almost all walks of life. In particular, after China’s reform and opening up entered the Sham Shui Po, its momentum of development has slowed down and the development of state-owned enterprises has been under-developed. However, with the national “13th Five-Year Plan,” the domestic economy has taken up new opportunities and challenges. Under the new situation and background, whether the reform of state-owned enterprises can be further promoted, especially the reform of power grid enterprises, is the key to the sustainable development of the economy. Under the new situation of power system reform, whether it can realize the innovation of strategic operation system of power grid enterprises or not is the most important task of the reform of power grid enterprises. In the new economic development policy, we should try our best to achieve fair competition among power grid companies and try our best to eliminate monopoly. In a fair and open environment, improve the service level of power grid enterprises and ensure a stable and lasting supply of electricity.
