I. INTRODUCTION In core drilling engineering, ROP is an important parameter for determining the rock drillability. The 12-grade grading table for rock core drilling in China was developed after a large number of actual calibrations at the production site. The rock drillability rating table is based on the penetration rate of the mechanical drilling rate. This method of measuring the drillability of rock using the actual production effects of the site has gradually exposed many defects in the development of drilling production. One of the current trends in the study of rock drillability is the use of various physical and mechanical properties of rock to represent the drillability of rocks. In spite of this, the ROP is a complex index that is affected by both technical conditions, human factors, and rock drillability. It is intuitively reflected.
