(一) 成都市计划学会在市委、市政府的关怀支持下,在中国计划学会、四川省计划经济学会的热情指导下,经过半年多时间的筹备,于1990年7月11日至12日在成都市正式召开了成立大会暨首次学术讨论会。光临大会指导和祝贺的有中国计划学会、国家计委经济研究所、四川省计划经济学会、四川省计经委以及重庆市和川西几个兄弟市地州计划(经济)学会、计(经)委的领导、专家、学者及其代表。出席会议的还有市政府、市科协的领导以及各区、县(市)计(经)委和市级有夫委、办、局、总公司、在蓉有关大专院校、科研单位、部分重点企事业单位的代表,共200余人。会议一致通过聘请成都市副市长朱永明同志为成都市计划学会名誉会长,聘请方家祥、
(a) With the support of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, the Chengdu Planning Society, under the enthusiastic guidance of the China Planning Society and the Sichuan Provincial Planning Economics Society, has been preparing for more than half a year from July 11 to July 12, 1990.
