目的:通过研究舒心饮对动脉粥样硬化形成过程中相关致炎因子的影响和量效关系,阐明舒心饮干预和延缓动脉粥样硬化形成的可能机制。方法:72只雄性SD大鼠被随机均分为空白组、模型组、舒降之组、舒心饮低、中、高剂量组。观察血脂、光镜下胸主动脉的病理变化、胸主动脉内膜致炎因子MCP-1、P-selectin蛋白的表达。结果:舒心饮能显著降低血清总胆固醇,升高HDL/TC的比值;显著降低动脉内膜厚度、泡沫细胞阳性内膜面积及其占内膜总面积的百分比;舒心饮能显著降低P-selectin、MCP-1在大鼠胸主动脉内膜的表达;中剂量舒心饮也许是抗动脉粥样硬化治疗的最佳剂量。结论:舒心饮能影响动脉粥样硬化形成过程中炎症的启动和致炎因子的激活,延缓动脉粥样硬化的进程,预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化性疾病。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Shuxinyin on the pro-inflammatory cytokines in the formation of atherosclerosis and the dose-effect relationship, to elucidate the possible mechanism of Shuxinyin intervention and delay the formation of atherosclerosis. METHODS: Seventy-two male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Shujiangzhi group and Shuxinyin low, middle and high dose group. The pathological changes of thoracic aorta and the expression of MCP-1 and P-selectin protein in thoracic aortic intima were observed under the observation of lipids and light microscope. Results: Shuxin Decoction can significantly reduce serum total cholesterol and increase HDL/TC ratio; significantly reduce arterial intimal thickness, foam cell positive intimal area and percentage of total intimal area; Shuxin Decoction can significantly reduce P-selectin , MCP-1 expression in rat thoracic aorta intima; moderate dose Shuxin Yin may be the best dose for anti-atherosclerosis treatment. CONCLUSION: Shuxinyin can affect the initiation of inflammation and activation of pro-inflammatory factors during the formation of atherosclerosis, delay the progression of atherosclerosis, and prevent and treat atherosclerotic diseases.
