目的探讨强化早期训练对语言发育迟缓患儿DQ值的影响。方法干预组除每天进行一对一的训练外,训练完毕,每天给家长及学生留家庭作业,供家长在家中继续进行训练。对照组采用由工作人员将训练方法交给家长,使家长在家中进行训练。结果经过3个疗程的训练,干预组对患儿的智能发育具有良好的促进作用。在治疗6月、12月、18月的评测中,干预组的DQ值明显高于对照组。截止到治疗12个月时,干预组患儿DQ≤85分的患儿6例,对照组13例,经统计学处理,χ2=4.9 P(0.05两者差异有显著意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of intensive early training on DQ in children with speech retardation. Methods In addition to daily one-on-one training, the intervention group completed the training and left homework for parents and students daily for parents to continue training at home. Control group adopted by the staff training methods to parents, parents at home training. Results After 3 courses of training, the intervention group had a good promotion effect on the children’s intelligence development. In the treatment of June, December, 18 months of evaluation, the intervention group DQ value was significantly higher than the control group. As of the 12-month treatment, there were 6 children with DQ≤85 points in the intervention group and 13 cases in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 4.9 P <0.05).
