研究了从冶炼锑渣浸出液中有效地分离铟与锑、铁的工艺条件 ;锑渣浸出液经P2 0 4 煤油溶液萃取、草酸溶液洗涤有机相和稀盐酸反萃取 ,可制得纯度 90 %以上的三氯化铟溶液 ;利用稀盐酸循环反萃取 ,使铟富集 ,浓度达到 2 5~ 30g/L。
The conditions for the effective separation of indium, antimony and iron from the leaching solution of smelting antimony slag were studied. The leaching solution of antimony residue was extracted by P2 0 4 kerosene solution, the organic phase was washed with oxalic acid solution and the dilute hydrochloric acid was stripped to obtain the purity of 90% Indium trichloride solution; using dilute hydrochloric acid cycle back extraction, indium enrichment concentration of 25 ~ 30g / L.
