部队建设是一个国家国防建设的重要组成部分,随着我国对部队建设的不断深化和改革,在相关的方面取得了一定的进步。其中在消防部队的经费预算管理制度上也需要进一步的完善和提高,才能保证消防部队财政工作顺利的开展和进行。作为财务管理中的一项重要的也是基础的工作,经费预算管理者必须要发挥其应有作用,保障经费发挥其重要作用,避免盲目开支而造成资源的浪费。同时经费预算工作也是保障消防部队各项事业建设以及有效完成灭火救援工作的重要保证,所以如何能够合理解决经费预算管理的问题,是关乎消防部队建快速和谐发展的一个重要方面。本文,我们就将针对消防部队经费预算管理中存在的一些问题和具体的改进措施提出几点简单的看法和认识。
