本研究分析了美国体育师资培养的情况与特点,并结合我国情况进行了比较,对形成差异的原因进行了讨论.研究涉及入学要求、学制、学分与教育计划的结构、课程组成、教育实习等问题.结果表明,美国四年制大学本科培养体育师资的典型计划中,总学分为127学分,包括普通教育课45学分、教育专业课24学分、体育专业课46学分、选修课12学分.与我国相比,美国更重视普通教育课、教育专业课及理论课,注重能力的培养,教育计划综合性强.我国更重视专业课,技术课比例较大,教育计划专业性强.
This study analyzes the situation and characteristics of the cultivation of PE teachers in the United States and compares the situation in our country and discusses the reasons for the differences.The study involves the requirements of admission, academic structure, credits and the structure of educational programs, curriculum components, educational internships, etc. The results show that the total credits for the typical program of cultivating PE teachers in four-year universities in the United States are 127 credits, including 45 credits for general education, 24 credits for education, 46 credits for physical education and 12 credits for elective courses. In comparison with the United States, the United States places more emphasis on education in general education, education in specialized courses and theoretical courses, emphasis on ability cultivation and comprehensive education programs, while China attaches more importance to specialized courses and has a large proportion of technical courses and specialized education programs.
