以直径约为300 nm的碳球为模板,通过无机物前驱体颗粒的自组装制备出CeO2/碳球复合物,煅烧去除碳球模板后,得到CeO2纳米空心球。借助透射电子显微镜、选区电子衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱和热重分析仪等测试手段对复合物的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明:产物空心球由面心立方相CeO2颗粒构成,内空心直径约为250 nm,壳厚度约为20 nm。CeO2纳米空心球对亚甲基蓝模拟染料废水具有良好的脱色能力,经4 h处理后脱色率达到95%以上。
The carbon spheres with a diameter of about 300 nm were used as templates to prepare CeO2 / carbon spheres composite by self-assembly of inorganic precursor particles. After calcination, the carbon spheres were removed to obtain CeO2 hollow spheres. The morphology and structure of the composites were characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy, selected area electron diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that the product hollow spheres consist of face-centered cubic CeO2 particles with a hollow inner diameter of about 250 nm and a shell thickness of about 20 nm. CeO2 hollow nanospheres have a good decolorization ability for methylene blue dye wastewater, and the decoloration rate reaches 95% after 4 h treatment.
