目的对凝血检验和血常规分析的影响因素和控制变异的有效技术措施进行分析探讨。方法将本院在2015-2016年选择的健康体检志愿者共计80例作为临床研究资料,对全部的研究资料都进行凝血检验与血常规的检测,将在检验过程中获取的结果进行分析探讨。结果压脉带应用3分钟时点全部的研究对象的活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PTR)都比压脉带应用即刻时点的要低。压脉带应用3分钟时点,全部的研究对象的红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)的水平都显著地比压脉带使用即刻时点要高,而白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)指标要比压脉带使用即刻时点显著要低。在进行离心处理前后放置时间为2小时,对TT、PT、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)含氯水平影响没有显著的统计学意义,而离心处理前后放置时间4小时,对TT、PT、FIB等指标的影响则有显著的统计学意义。结论在整个的血液检验标本过程中的压脉带应用时间和血液检验样本在离心处理的前后持续放置时间,对临床检验科室凝血检验与血常规分析过程中的实际检验结果的科学准确性和血液检验样本的变异控制结果的实际表现状态都是具有影响的,在实际的临床操作中要引起足够的重视。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of coagulation test and blood routine analysis and effective technical measures of controlling variation. Methods A total of 80 volunteers of health examination selected by our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected as clinical research materials. All the research materials were tested for coagulation and blood tests, and the results obtained during the test were analyzed. Results The activation partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (PT) and prothrombin time (PTR) of all the study groups were all lower than those of the immediate application .
