在Pro/ENGINEER环境下,进行装载机工作装置三维实体建模、虚拟装配、动态模拟、干涉检查、运动仿真和应力分析。成功地实现了装载机工作装置在Pro/ENGINEER环境下的虚拟样机设计,所提供的研究方案同样适用于其他机构虚拟样机的设计。
In Pro / ENGINEER environment, the loader working device 3D solid modeling, virtual assembly, dynamic simulation, interference checking, motion simulation and stress analysis. The successful realization of the virtual prototype design of loader working device in Pro / ENGINEER environment, the research proposal provided is equally applicable to the design of virtual prototype of other agencies.
