男性和女性职业生涯发展及职业成功的差异性已经得到了学术界一致的认可,但是,目前女性职业生涯研究仍多沿用男性传统理论框架。本研究以女性管理者和领导者为研究对象,基于扎根理论,收集并分析来自小规模问卷调研、焦点小组讨论和参与性观察三角验证的一手数据,经过逐级编码,探究了中国变革背景下女性职业成功的构思,验证了其多维复杂构思的本质,并且开发和验证了女性职业成功的测量量表,从而不仅回答了女性追求什么样的职业成功,而且也为后续女性职业生涯研究提供了工具支持。
The difference between male and female career development and career success has been unanimously recognized by academia.
