对大型原油储罐用12MnNiVR钢的焊接冷裂纹敏感性、手弧焊、埋弧焊、气电立焊试验及性能进行研究。结果表明,12MnNiVR钢板具有优异的焊接性能,可承受大线能量焊接(≤100kJ/cm),完全满足10万m3原油储罐的使用要求,可取代进口钢板。大量晶内针状铁素体有利于气电立焊接头热影响区获得良好的综合性能。
The cold crack sensitivity, hand arc welding, submerged arc welding, gas-electric vertical welding test and performance of 12MnNiVR steel for large crude oil storage tanks were studied. The results show that 12MnNiVR steel plate has excellent welding performance and can withstand large-wire energy welding (≤100kJ / cm), which fully meets the requirements of 100,000-ton crude oil storage tank and can replace imported steel plate. A large number of intragranular acicular ferrite is conducive to gas-electric vertical welding joint heat-affected zone to obtain a good overall performance.
