Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of influenza in Jinshan District of Shanghai during 2009-2015 and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of influenza. Methods According to the National Influenza Surveillance Program, the principle of random sampling was used to collect ILI-related clinics and ILI in Jinshan District, and some of the cases were collected for pathogen detection using real-time fluorescence RT-PCR Identification of influenza virus subtypes, positive specimens with MDCK cells for virus isolation. Results A total of 2 534 969 medical cases were collected in Jinshan District of Shanghai from 2009 to 2015. Among them, 93 090 cases of influenza-like illness (ILI) accounted for 3.67% of the total number of visits (ILI%), with an average of 0.01% -0.27% Between the incidence of 2 to 4 weeks and 28 to 30 weeks; cases are mainly concentrated in the 5-year-old, adult cases in 25 to 59 years old more common. A total of 4 625 swab samples of influenza-like cases were detected, of which 1 415 were positive for influenza virus. The positive rate was 30.36%. There were 610 strains of H3, 475 strains of B, 328 strains of new H1N1, Influenza B virus mainly in recent years, there are signs of new H1N1. Conclusion The incidence of influenza in the area mainly concentrated in the winter and spring, with the onset under 5 years old as the main pathogen, with H3 and B type as the main pathogens, alternating with the new Influenza A H1N1 epidemic in 2009, the new H1N1 Advantage of popular strains.
