体外授精-胚胎移植技术发展20多年来,促排卵及胚胎培养技术有了很大进步,但是活婴出生率通常低于50%。而多个胚胎移植提高了多胎等相关风险,因此业界提倡单胚胎或单囊胚移植。准确评估胚胎的活力对实现该目标至关重要。目前除了胚胎形态学评级,对胚胎代谢的相关研究也反应了胚胎的活力。本文综述了国内外近年来对胚胎代谢的相关研究,为更好选择高活力胚胎,降低多胎率,减少多胎带来的母婴风险提供新的思路。
In vitro fertilization - embryo transfer technology development For more than 20 years, ovulation and embryo culture technology has made great progress, but the live birth rate is usually less than 50%. The multiple embryo transfer increased risk associated with multiple births, the industry therefore advocates single embryo or single blastocyst transplantation. Accurate assessment of the viability of the embryo is crucial to achieving this goal. In addition to the current embryological morphological rating, the study of embryo metabolism also reflects the vitality of embryos. This review summarizes the researches on embryo metabolism at home and abroad in recent years, providing new ideas for better choice of high-energy embryos, reducing the multiple birth rate and reducing the risk of multiple mothers.
