火焰原子吸收光谱法测工作场所中的铜-微波消解

目的建立微波消解—火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所中铜的分析方法。方法使用微孔滤膜采集工作场所空气样品,经微波消解,样品定容至10.00ml进行分析,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所有毒物质铜的含量。结果该法铜的含量在0.00~10.00mg/L范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数大于0.998,检出限为0.0042mg/L。相对标准偏差为0.91%,加标回收率为98%~99%。结论该法简便、快速、安全、灵敏度和精密度高,适用于工作场所中铜的测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of copper in the workplace by microwave digestion - flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Millipore filters were used to collect workplace air samples. Microwave digestion was used to determine the sample volume to 10.00ml. The content of copper in the workplace was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The content of copper in the range of 0.00 ~ 10.00mg / L showed a linear relationship, the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.998, the detection limit was 0.0042mg / L. The relative standard deviation was 0.91%, and the spiked recoveries ranged from 98% to 99%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, safe, sensitive and precise, suitable for the determination of copper in the workplace.
