足月妊娠(37～41周)脐带长39～65cm,直径1.1～1.6cm。脐带长度、直径因胎龄、胎体重而异。一、脐带长度异常:(1)无脐带极少见,胎儿附着在胎盘面,常合并脐疝。(2)脐带过短;一般以32cm以下为过短,但脐带长度因胎龄而异,以下为标准:体重>2 kg,脐带长30cm;体重1～2 kg,脐带长25cm;体重<1 kg,脐带20cm以下为过短。107例脐带过短中,无畸形者35例,多胎21例,尤其是双胎的第二儿多见,余均有畸形,以运动器官畸形多见,由于脐带过短牵引致血管痉挛和梗
