随着科学技术的高速发展,新兴产业剧增,国际化趋势加快,全球竞争日趋激烈,企业面临的环境瞬息万变,财务风险管理理念及技术日益受到瞩目,防范和化解财务风险、提升企业价值成为每一个企业必须重视的问题。本文首先对财务风险进行了界定,接着分析了财务风险管理与企业价值的关系,进而分析了企业项目投资风险管理和证券投资风险管理。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the rapid growth of emerging industries, the accelerated trend of internationalization, the increasingly fierce global competition, the environment faced by enterprises are rapidly changing, and the concepts and technologies of financial risk management are attracting more and more attention to preventing and resolving financial risks and enhancing enterprise value. A business must pay attention to the problem. This article first defines the financial risk, then analyzes the relationship between the financial risk management and the enterprise value, and then analyzes the enterprise project investment risk management and the securities investment risk management.
