采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,制备了不同种子用量(占核层单体质量的5%、15%、25%、35%)的核壳型聚丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了种子用量对乳胶粒子粒径大小及分布的影响,并用动态光散射(DLS)和扫描电镜(SEM)对乳胶粒子进行表征。结果表明:SEM可以观察到分布均一、规则的圆球状微球;DLS显示随着反应的进行核壳丙烯酸酯乳胶粒子的粒径呈增长趋势;种子用量增加乳胶粒子的粒径变小,即通过控制种子用量可以达到控制核壳微球粒径的目的;聚合物的分子量随着种子用量的增加而增大,分布变宽。
The core-shell polyacrylate emulsion with different seed contents (5%, 15%, 25%, 35%) of the seed layer was prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization. The effects of seed dosage on the size and distribution of latex particles were studied. The latex particles were characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the microspheres with uniform and regular distribution were observed by SEM. The DLS showed that the particle size of the core-shell acrylate latex particles increased with the reaction time. The particle size of the latex particles increased with the increase of the seed dosage, The control of the seed dosage can achieve the purpose of controlling the particle size of the core-shell microspheres; the molecular weight of the polymer increases with the increase of the seed dosage, and the distribution broadens.
