高职院校的职业系谱建设能厘清专业、产业、岗位三者之间的关系,预测产业、职业岗位群的发展趋势,为专业的科学设置和动态调整提供理论依据和实践指导。该文概述了我国职业系谱研究的现状,分析了职业系谱的理论依据和应用价值,介绍了职业系谱构建的典型案例,指出了当前职业系谱研究的不足之处和发展趋势,并对职业系谱的建设和发展提出了有益建议。职业系谱建设对学生就业、专业建设和教师成长都具有重要意义,为高职院校的内涵式发展提供了新思路。
Occupational pedigree construction in higher vocational colleges can clarify the relationship among profession, industry and job position, forecast the development trend of industry and job post group, and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for professional scientific setup and dynamic adjustment. This paper summarizes the current situation of occupational pedigree research in our country, analyzes the theoretical basis and application value of occupational pedigree, introduces typical cases of occupational genealogy construction, points out the deficiencies and development trend of current occupational genealogy research, Construction and development made useful suggestions. Occupational pedigree construction is of great significance to students’ employment, professional construction and teacher growth, which provides new ideas for the connotative development of higher vocational colleges.
