前言管坯利用率大小直接影响到金属收得率,金属收得率又关系到钢管厂的经济效益。因此,对于如何提高管坯利用率一直是各钢管厂的重要任务之一。宝钢钢管厂是在初轧厂已完成初步设计以后而设计的。由于这种反常规设计步骤,给宝钢钢管厂的管坯管理带来许多麻烦,同时降低了管坯利用率,其原因是:(1),西德曼乃斯曼RK_2机组所需坯料是由胡金根厂以单尺(可直接入炉)形式供给,而宝钢钢管厂所需坯料由初轧厂以“定尺”(倍尺)或不定尺二种
