介绍了唐山国丰钢铁有限公司低碳冷轧用钢SPHC试验采用不同工艺对产品质量、成本的影响分析。通过对转炉-连铸、转炉-LF精炼-连铸、转炉-RH精炼-连铸不同的生产工艺流程进行对比,分析了不同工艺生产难点及控制技术,并对产品质量、成本、下游客户使用效果进行细致的对比研究,发现通过RH精炼工艺生产产品各项质量指标均优于其余工艺,克服生产难点后,生产成本逐步降低;转炉直供工艺在降低生产成本基础上,质量对比未见显著变化。根据各工艺成本及生产情况进行对比,有利于下游客户用途细分及产品成本有效优化,为今后产品升级和质量优化提供技术储备。
The influence of different technology on the product quality and cost of SPHC test for low carbon cold rolled steel of Tangshan Guofeng Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. is introduced.
