车辙已经成为当前沥青路面破损形式中最为突出的问题,严重影响了路面的使用寿命和服务质量。剪切流动变形是沥青路面车辙病害的主要发生机理,要提高沥青路面的抗车辙性能必须在级配设计时考虑到集料散体的抗剪切能力。通过对集料散体剪切模量公式的推导和分析,提出以剪切模量为控制指标的逐级填充级配设计方法,设计出的级配通过室内实验比较,高温稳定性优于其他级配类型,水稳定性和低温稳定性满足规范要求,适合在高温地区推广应用。
Rutting has become the most prominent problem in the current asphalt pavement damage form, seriously affecting the service life and service quality of the pavement. Shear flow deformation is the main mechanism of rutting disease in asphalt pavement. To improve the anti-rutting performance of asphalt pavement, the shear resistance of aggregate should be taken into account in grading design. Based on the derivation and analysis of the formula of shear modulus of aggregate, the gradual filling gradation design method with shear modulus as the control index is proposed. The designed gradation is better than the other by laboratory experiments Grading type, water stability and low temperature stability to meet regulatory requirements, suitable for popularization and application in hot areas.
