(+)-新薄荷醇脱氢酶是一种单萜脱氢酶,参与单萜物质(+)-新薄荷醇和(+)-异薄荷醇的合成。利用RACE技术,从桂花花瓣中克隆获得1个桂花MNR基因的cDNA全长,命名为OfMNR。OfMNR基因序列长度为1 092 bp,包含936 bp的开放阅读框,编码312个氨基酸。序列分析表明:OfMNR编码的氨基酸序列与其他植物中预测的MNR具有较高的相似性。采用qPCR技术检测了OfMNR在桂花2个品种的不同组织和不同花期中的表达量,发现OfMNR在2个品种中花瓣的表达量均最高,并且在4个花期中呈现不同的变化趋势。
(+) - Neo-menthol dehydrogenase is a monoterpene dehydrogenase involved in the synthesis of the monoterpenes (+) - neomenthol and (+) - isomenthol. Using RACE technique, one full length cDNA of MNR gene from Osmanthus fragrans was cloned and named OfMNR. The OfMNR gene is 1 092 bp in length and contains a 936 bp open reading frame encoding 312 amino acids. Sequence analysis showed that the amino acid sequence encoded by OfMNR has high similarity with the predicted MNR in other plants. The expression of OfMNR in two tissues of Osmanthus fragrans was detected by qPCR. The results showed that OfMNR had the highest expression of petal in the two cultivars, and showed different trends in four flowering stages.
