PCCP管道投入运行后,有多种原因会造成预应力钢丝断裂。通过检测PCCP中预应力钢丝的完整性并对出现断丝后的管道进行结构计算,可以评估失效风险,为制定维修方案提供依据。采用电磁法断丝检测技术,对准东供水“500”东延工程10#闸至五彩湾段PCCP管线进行了抽样检测,发现部分管道出现疑似断丝。利用三维非线性有限元模型,计算生成能够反映断丝影响的有限元性能曲线,得出了在工作压力及水锤压力的共同作用下,管道达到微裂缝极限、可见裂缝极限、屈服极限和强度极限时所允许的断丝数量,根据断丝最严重管道的实际断丝数量与极限允许断丝数量的关系确定维修方案,为类似工程提供参考。
