腮腺恶性肿瘤患者,面神经的留舍问题,历来是国内外学者十分棘手的问题。腮腺恶性肿瘤,术中采用切除面神经的方法,使患者造成永久性面瘫,术后遗留下较大的痛苦。尤其是年轻患者,此问题更为突出。我们参考了丁鸿才教授采用冷冻方法保留面神经的动物实验报告,对二位患有腮腺粘液表皮样癌的患者,术中采用-120℃CO_2于冰进行冷冻,保留面神经,取得了较满意的效果,术后三个月后,面神经功能基本恢复,随访一年,较果满意。报告如下:
Parotid gland cancer patients, the issue of facial nerve retention, has always been a very difficult problem for domestic and foreign scholars. Parotid malignancies, the use of resection of facial nerve during surgery, causing permanent facial paralysis in patients, leaving significant pain after surgery. Especially young patients, this problem is even more prominent. We refer to the animal experimental report of Professor Dinghong Cai’s cryopreservation of facial nerves. For two patients with mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the parotid gland, intraoperative frozen with -120°C CO_2 in ice, preserved the facial nerve and achieved satisfactory results. Three months after the operation, the facial nerve function was basically recovered. One year follow-up was satisfactory. The report is as follows:
