伴随社会主义市场机制的深入改革及知识经济时代的到来,人力资源管理对于当前经济发展具有重要助推作用,而在“人本主义”理念盛行的当下,激励机制不仅能够带动人力资源管理制度水平的提升,更能推动社会进步。因此本文拟对当前事业单位人力资源管理制度中的激励机制内容、发展现状及存在问题进行分析,并提出相应建议。
With the deepening reform of the socialist market mechanism and the arrival of the era of knowledge-based economy, human resource management plays an important role in boosting the current economic development. Therefore, this article intends to analyze the current incentive mechanism content, development status and existing problems in human resource management system in public institutions, and put forward corresponding suggestions.
