目的探讨新型外固定支具建立兔膝骨性关节炎模型的方法。方法:将10只普通级雄性日本大耳白兔分成2组:传统组使用管型石膏固定方法,新型组使用支具外固定方法,固定6周后,从一般情况、肉眼和HE染色评估两组兔膝关节的形态学和组织学的变化。结果:经过这两种方法造模后,发现兔膝关节的组织形态学效果无明显差别,但是一般情况区别明显。结论:新型外固定支具方法能够成功建立兔膝骨性关节炎模型,具有简单舒适、拆装便利和固定牢靠的优点,而且造模成功率高,死亡率低,具有能够被大批量复制的特点,值得科研推广。
Objective To explore a new method of establishing a rabbit knee osteoarthritis model with a new type of external fixator. Methods: Ten general male Japanese white rabbits were divided into two groups: the traditional group was fixed by the tube plaster, the new group was fixed by the brace. After fixed for 6 weeks, the general condition, the naked eye and the HE staining were used to evaluate two Morphological and histological changes of knee joint in rabbits. Results: After modeling by these two methods, there was no significant difference in the histomorphology of rabbit knee joint, but the difference was obvious in general. CONCLUSION: The new external fixation brace method can successfully establish rabbit knee osteoarthritis model with the advantages of simple and comfortable, convenient disassembly and fixation, and high success rate of modeling and low mortality rate, and has the advantages of being able to be copied in large quantities Features, it is worth to promote research.
