KMD90双螺杆挤出机是德国较先进的塑料挤出机,价值18.5万美元,其螺杆、螺筒是该机关键部件。由于停产后没有及时清理,致使再生产时发现螺杆、螺价锈蚀,杆、街中心里锈蚀较严重,有0.30~0 55mm深浅不一的锈蚀片,螺棱部位有2/3表面锈蚀,原镀铬面剥落,简内亦不同程度锈蚀。经清洗、打磨后测得杆和街间隙单面超过0.35mm的占1/2,局部到0.60mm。 当外方代表看到这台挤出机的锈蚀情况后摇头失望,认为在中国不可能有修复的技术手段。经中方技术人员与徐州电刷惯协作组多次实地研究、论证,一致认为用电刷镀技术可以修复。
