介绍了从酵母中分离纯化谷胱甘肽(GSH)的两种抽提方法:对羟基苯甲酸丙酯法和化学渗透法,并对其进行了对比。试验结果表明:化学渗透法抽提液中的GSH含量为121.08mg/100mL,而对羟基苯甲酸丙酯法抽提液中的GSH含量仅为78.32mg/100mL;凝胶电泳试验图谱证明:化学渗透法抽提液中物质分子量都在1万以下,更有利于GSH后续分离纯化工作的进行。
Two extraction methods for the isolation and purification of glutathione (GSH) from yeast were introduced: propyl p-hydroxybenzoate and chemical permeation, and compared them. The results showed that the content of GSH in the chemical permeation extraction was 121.08mg / 100mL, while the GSH content in propylparaben extraction was only 78.32mg / 100mL. The gel electrophoresis showed that the chemical Permeation extraction of substances in the molecular weight of 10,000 are below, more conducive to GSH follow-up separation and purification work.
