采用氧-乙炔火焰喷涂技术在T10钢表面喷涂铝涂层,通过分析其表面及截面特征、抗热震性能分析、盐水腐蚀测试、电化学腐蚀曲线分析的方法研究铝涂层对T10钢的耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:T10钢经火焰喷涂铝涂层后,铝涂层组织致密、与基体有较强结合强度;耐腐蚀性能明显优于基体材料。
The aluminum coating was sprayed on the surface of T10 steel by oxy-acetylene flame spraying technique. The effects of aluminum coating on T10 steel were studied by analyzing its surface and cross-sectional characteristics, thermal shock resistance analysis, salt water corrosion test and electrochemical corrosion curve analysis Effect of erosion performance. The results show that the T10 steel is flame-sprayed with aluminum coating, the aluminum coating is dense and has strong bonding strength with the matrix; the corrosion resistance of the coating is obviously better than that of the matrix material.
