近年来工业气相色谱仪的研制和生产趋向于功能比较单一、专用性强的仪器。特点是单点(最多两点)取样,只分析样品中的3~5个组份,仪器结构尽量简化。SQG系列仪器就属于这种类型,只配热导检测器,单流路,可测四个组份。文章的前一部份介绍仪器的主要技术规范,结构特征,电路特点。后一部份说明工业色谱仪在合成氨流程上使用的技术经济意义,列举了仪器在以煤、焦炭、碳化煤球和天然气为原料的合成氨生产流程上运行的情况。
In recent years, the development and production of industrial gas chromatography tend to function more single, dedicated and strong instrument. Features a single point (up to two points) sampling, only the sample analysis of 3 to 5 components, the instrument structure as simple as possible. SQG series of instruments belong to this type, only with thermal conductivity detector, a single flow path, measurable four components. The first part of the article describes the main technical specifications of the instrument, structural characteristics, circuit characteristics. The latter part illustrates the technical and economical significance of using industrial chromatographs in ammonia processes, listing the operation of the instrument on a synthetic ammonia production process using coal, coke, carbonized briquettes and natural gas as feedstock.
