针对加注系统中加注泵的健康监测问题,提出一种基于主成分分析(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)与改进马氏距离(Improved Mahalanobis Distance,IMD)相融合的健康度量模型。对系统健康度、健康度量等相关概念进行研究,选用距离测度中的马氏距离作为度量加注泵健康状态的标准。基于PCA对测试样本进行优化,降低测试样本属性维数,采用IMD计算优化后得到的主成分样本矩阵改进马氏距离,以平均IMD值表征待评估系统的健康状态变化情况。通过加注泵加注过程中实际测试数据验证了该方案的准确性。
Aimed at the health monitoring of filling pump in filling system, a health metric model based on principal component analysis (PCA) and improved Mahalanobis Distance (IMD) is proposed. The related concepts of system health, health metrics and so on are studied. The Mahalanobis distance in distance measure is chosen as the standard to measure the state of health of the pump. Based on PCA, the test samples were optimized to reduce the dimensionality of test samples. IMD was used to calculate the Mahalanobis distance of the optimized principal component sample matrix. The mean IMD was used to characterize the health status of the system under evaluation. The actual test data during the filling process by filling the pump verified the accuracy of the solution.
