研究了连续式氢化物发生-感耦等离子体原子发射光谱法测定饮料中As和Hg的适宜条件,可以用较低的功率(1.1kW)获得稳定的分析信号.待测元素含量0.05~0.1mg/L时,RSD小于5%(10次测定);加标回收率87%~100%.适用于多种饮料及其他溶液中痕量As和Hg的测定
The suitable conditions for the determination of As and Hg in beverages by continuous hydride generation-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry were studied, and stable analytical signals were obtained with lower power (1.1kW). The RSD was less than 5% (10 determinations) when the test element content was 0.05-0.1 mg / L; the recoveries were between 87% and 100%. It is suitable for the determination of trace As and Hg in various beverages and other solutions
