近年来研究表明,雄激素依赖性前列腺癌转化成雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌过程中,PI3K/Akt信号传导通路发挥了重要作用。活化AKt有促进细胞增殖及抗细胞凋亡的作用。雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌目前没有有效的药物治疗,随着PI3K/AKt信号通路和雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌发生、发展的研究不断深入,PI3K/Akt信号通路研究对诊断、预防和治疗雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌及有效药物的开发应用具有十分重要价值。
In recent years, studies have shown that the PI3K / Akt signaling pathway plays an important role in the transition of androgen-dependent prostate cancer to androgen-independent prostate cancer. Activation of AKt can promote cell proliferation and anti-apoptotic effects.
