上海三中院立足“透明度高、权威度高、满意度高”的发展定位,以审判权力运行机制改革为核心,着力落实司法责任制;以打造阳光法院、透明法院为目标,着力构建司法公开机制;以保障诉权和便利诉讼为目的,着力构建便民司法机制;以促进程序公平为主要内容,着力构建公正司法机制;以强化审判中心诉讼制度为抓手,着力构建统一适法机制。三中院成立以来,以“公开、便民、公正、统一”为目标,以“信息化、互动化、规范化、机制化”为路径建立和完善审判工作机制,取得了明显成效。
Based on its development orientation of “high transparency, high authority and high satisfaction”, Shanghai III Central Court focused its efforts on the reform of the power operating mechanism to implement the judicial responsibility system. With the goal of building a sunshine court and a transparent court, efforts were made to build Judicial open mechanism; to protect the right of action and convenience litigation for the purpose of building convenient justice system; to promote fairness of the process as the main content, focus on building a fair judicial system; to strengthen the trial center litigation system as the starting point, and strive to build a unified and appropriate mechanism. Since the founding of the Third Intermediate Court, with the goal of “openness, convenience, fairness and unity”, the establishment and improvement of the working mechanism for adjudication has taken “informatization, interaction, standardization and mechanismization” as its path and achieved remarkable results.
