本文以DMS公司实施的供应链管理方案为研究主体,运用供应链管理和企业核心竞争力的理论,分析了DMS公司供应链管理实施前面临的主要问题,并利用各种研究方法进行了原因分析,提出了DMS公司供应链管理的实施方案并成功探索了加工企业实施供应链管理的可行之路。指出,面对客户不断变化的需求以及利润压缩的现状,应该从企业内部着手进行管理变革,实施供应链管理,以减少沟通环节,改善财务指标,最终达到满足客户需求并实现利润增长的目的。
