出口经验有助于内资企业进入新市场吗?理论层面可以得出,外资企业先行出口经验不仅有利于内资企业进入该市场,也有利于其跨越其他相近或相似市场的生产率临界水平,成功进入其他相近或相似市场。在实证层面,本文选择代表性的机电行业为研究对象,利用中国海关2000—2012年HS六位细分出口贸易数据,采用logit回归方法进行实证检验。结果表明:内资企业市场进入具有较强的跟随效应,跟随外资企业而为,外资企业先行出口经验有利于提高内资企业市场进入可能性;内资企业市场进入的路径选择更倾向于经济发展水平较高、进口需求强烈的国家;内资企业应该充分利用外资企业先行出口经验,规避目标市场不确定性带来的风险。
Can export-oriented experience help domestic-funded enterprises enter new markets? At the empirical level, this paper chooses the representative electromechanical industry as the research object, and uses the six-subdivision HS export trade data of China Customs from 2000 to 2012, using the logit regression method to test. The results show that: the market entry of domestic-funded enterprises has a strong follow-up effect. Following the foreign-funded enterprises, the foregone export experience of foreign-funded enterprises helps to increase the market access of domestic-funded enterprises. The path of domestic enterprises entering the market is more inclined to have higher level of economic development , And countries with strong import demand. Domestic-funded enterprises should make full use of the experience of foreigners in exports and avoid the risks brought by the uncertainty of the target market.
