选用雄性SD大鼠5只,将左右上颌第一磨牙冠状方向作冰冻切片,厚度40μm,采用免疫化学技术,观察牙周膜中含CGRP的神经纤维分布特点。结果表明:牙周膜神经纤维分布不均匀,以根尖1/3神经分布最多,其次是牙龈邻近的颈1/3区域。牙周膜中含CGRP的神经纤维形态各异:多数为单根或多根纤维沿血管走行,少数单根纤维走行无规律,常以游离端形式终止。纤维丰富区多呈“分枝状”、“簇”、“网”分布。大部分神经纤维靠近牙槽骨侧。
Five male Sprague-Dawley rats were used to make the frozen coronal direction of the maxillary first molar with a thickness of 40 μm. The distribution of CGRP-containing nerve fibers in the periodontal ligament was observed by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that the distribution of nerve fibers in periodontal ligament was not uniform, with the 1/3 nerve root tip apical distribution followed by the 1/3 neck adjacent gingival area. Periodontal ligament containing CGRP nerve fibers vary in morphology: the majority of single or multiple fibers running along the blood vessels, a small number of single fiber walking irregular, often in the form of free ends. Fiber-rich area mostly “branched”, “cluster”, “net” distribution. Most nerve fibers near the alveolar bone.
