西部旅游开发实质上主要就是民族地区的旅游开发,此乃民族地区实现经济繁荣和社会稳定的战略抉择。西部旅游开发与民族地区社会经济发展应当同步推进,以求互动。同步推进西部旅游开发与民族地区的社会经济发展,需要着重采取七条基本对策。
The development of tourism in the west is essentially the development of tourism in ethnic areas. This is a strategic choice for economic prosperity and social stability in ethnic areas. The development of tourism in the west and the social and economic development in minority areas should be promoted in an effort to achieve mutual interaction. To promote the tourism development in the west and the social and economic development in the minority areas simultaneously, we must focus on seven basic measures.
