吸附天然气技术 (ANG)的关键是制备能达到压缩天然气技术 (CNG)储存量的性能优异的吸附剂。介绍了纳米孔炭质吸附剂吸附储存天然气用于汽车燃料的技术概况 ,综述了制备吸附剂的活化方法及国内外的研究发展现状 ,介绍了吸附剂微观结构的研究方法和吸附剂的成型技术。最后提出了该技术今后研究中需要解决的关键问题 :吸附剂储存天然气性能有待继续提高 ;吸附热对吸附剂储气性能的影响 ;吸附剂生产成本过高和吸附剂再生困难
The key to Adsorptive Natural Gas Technology (ANG) is the preparation of high performance adsorbents that can achieve CNG storage. This paper introduces the technical overview of nano-pore carbonaceous adsorbent adsorbing and storing natural gas for automotive fuels, summarizes the activation methods of adsorbents and the current research and development at home and abroad, introduces the research methods of adsorbent microstructure and the forming technology of adsorbents . Finally, the key issues to be solved in the future research of this technology are put forward: the performance of adsorbent to store natural gas needs to be further improved; the influence of adsorption heat on the gas storage performance of adsorbent; the high cost of adsorbent production and the difficulty of adsorbent regeneration
