员工招聘是提高人力资源效率的重要途径。科学、有效的员工评估方法是保证有效招聘的关键。文章针对传统招聘方法存在的不足,提出在员工招聘中运用DEA方法对应聘者进行评估,并以实例证明此方法是有效可行的。
Employee recruitment is an important way to improve the efficiency of human resources. Scientific and effective employee assessment is the key to ensuring effective recruitment. In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional recruitment methods, this paper proposes that the DEA method should be used to evaluate the applicants in the recruitment process, and an example is given to prove that this method is effective and feasible.
