美国单纯为了产量去建设钢铁企业,不注重技术进步,致使它的钢铁工业失去市场竟争能力,造成减产(最低开工率才50%)与亏损。这一事实促使美国钢铁工业去实行技术改造。本文从工艺改造、检测自控,提高能源利用率三个方面介绍了美国钢铁工业的节能技术开发和研究项目,并预测了所需投资及效果。
The United States simply wants to build its steel mills for output and does not pay attention to technological progress. As a result, the steel industry in the United States has lost its ability to compete in the market, resulting in a decrease in production (minimum operating rate of 50%) and losses. This fact prompted the U.S. steel industry to carry out technological transformation. This paper introduces the development and research projects of energy saving technology in the US steel industry from the aspects of technological transformation, self-control testing, and energy efficiency improvement. It also predicts the required investment and effect.
