《语文课程标准》明确指出:“在语文学习过程中培养爱国主义感情、社会主义道德品质,逐步形成积极的人生态度和正确的价值观,提高文化品位和审美情趣。”语文课不仅涉及丰富的观察、想象、形象思维、逻辑推理等心理能力,而且蕴含着丰富的社会认知和人文精神。所以,作为语文教师应认真利用语文课作为载体,充分挖掘教材中蕴含的心理健康教育因素,注入心理健康教育的内容,帮助学生全面提高心理素质,真正做到既教书又育人。
