追求管理和谐、推进课程改革对青年教师的培养提出了新的更高的要求。尽管山区学校与城市学校的着眼点不同,但都应努力为青年教师创造有利于其成长的生态环境。
The pursuit of harmonious management and the promotion of curriculum reform put forward new and higher requirements for the cultivation of young teachers. Although mountain schools and urban schools have different focuses, efforts should be made to create an ecological environment conducive to their growth for young teachers.
